Deleting your DSEI Gateway account
If you are having problems with your DSEI Gateway account you can contact us for support.
Alternatively, if you wish to permanently deactivate or delete your account, please follow the steps below. When you delete your account, your profile, photo, bio and connections will be permanently removed. This action is irreversible.
Permanently delete your account from the app:
1. Open the DSEI App.
2. Log-in to your account.
3. Click Menu in the bottom right and navigate to Settings.
4. Tap Delete my account.
5. Follow the confirmation steps, including adding a reason for deletion.
6. Tap confirm deletion to finish the process.
After confirmation
- Your profile, bio, and connections will be removed.
- You’ll no longer be visible in search or chat.
- Some info may be securely retained for compliance.
- You’ll receive a confirmati on email with information on how to cancel your subscription if needed.

Re-registering for DSEI Gateway
Once your account has been deleted, you’ll need to sign up again and go through our verification process for access to DSEI Gateway.
