The present digital age is having profound effects on the way skill sets and entire professions are viewed. The defence community now finds itself tasked with operating increasingly complex systems, where managing cognitive burden and having the right skill sets and the ability to work with partners in government and industry across all the domains are key. Recruitment, training, and retention leaders must therefore re-align, to attract and leverage the skill sets required to meet the demands of modern defence operations.
This theme will be addressed in different forums on each day, in order to gain different perspectives from across the front-line commands and sectors.
