As military digitalisation continues at pace and reliance on these capabilities grows, cyber threats are increasingly complex, destructive, and coercive. Armed Forces therefore must be prepared to defend their networks and operations against the growing sophistication of cyber threats. Simultaneously, they must also develop offensive cyber capabilities of their own to provide a robust deterrence and response to would-be attackers.
