Future operational locations for land forces remain uncertain. As a consequence, it is vital that capabilities in place can cope with varied operation roles, which will enable mission success safely and effectively.

The Land Static Display Area showcased a range of vehicles currently in use by ground forces worldwide as well as newly launched vehicles currently being implemented globally.

The AJBAN 440A is a highly mobile 4x4 protected vehicle incorporating the latest technologies in ballistic and blast protection. Designed for the harshest environments, the vehicle offers exceptional off-road capability as well as unparalleled reliability and performance.


HAFEET Ambulance

The HAFEET Ambulance is a 6x6 armoured Ambulance designed to be highly configurable to provide trauma medical care on the battlefield. Side doors provide access to the cabin for the driver and commander while the crew of 1 medic, 2 stretcher and 2 sitting patients access via a rear door.

Lightweight Tactical Mobility Platform

HIPPO Multipower will be introducing our HIPPO-X Lightweight Tactical Mobility Platform, an 8x8 all-terrain vehicle to meet the requirements of Light Forces.  Amphibious, airmobile, and with outstanding cross country mobility the HIPPO-X can be used for equipment transport, CASEVAC, weapons platform, light field engineering tasks, and can be configured as an Unmanned Ground Vehicle.

Metras 6 x 6 Protected Recovery Vehicle

LMPR’s IMM exceeding mobility, payload, protection and narrow width, makes it ideal for intimate recovery. Provides a protected mobility solution with suspended tow recovery for vehicles of 16t GVM (6t lift) in battlefield nconditions. Metras platform configurable for various roles, with modular L1-L3 protection, high payload and growth potential.

Heavy Ground Mobility System (HGMS)

The FAUN Trackway Heavy Ground Mobility System (HGMS) improves mobility for tracked and wheeled vehicles in all types of operations. HGMS transports, stores, deploys and recovers up to 100m of M150 Trackway, providing improved mobility, bridging, immediate access/egress, route clearance and beach landing operations for vehicles when ground bearing pressure is very low.

Vehicle Mission Systems Demonstrator

The Vehicle Mission Systems offer a configurable, scalable suite consisting of sensors, effectors, processing and data storage, communications and HMI modules. Fully integrated situational awareness and communications, the VMS is vehicle agnostic and delivers networked interoperable solutions. WARTHOG provides protected mobility for infantry troops, used in mounted close combat and supporting dismounted combat scenarios. A range of variants are on sale from the Defence Equipment Sales Authority on stand N10-150, a UK MOD organisation that provides proven military equipment as a cost effective alternative to new equipment.
