Mr Yoshifumi Asakura has been the General Manager of Space Business Development organisation in IHI Corporation since April 2023. He manages business development of IHI and its subsidiary’s space related businesses and projects. Mr. Asakura has over 20 years of experience in engineering and project management of Military Aero-Engine Projects with Japan Ministry of Defense and worked together with major Aero-Engine Original Equipment Manufacturers.
