Victoria brings over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, with a career rooted in leading high-impact, high-trust programs across national security, defence, and cyber domains. She has been at the forefront of developing and delivering complex digital and data strategies in some of the most sensitive and critical environments, consistently driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic outcomes for UK Government and its international partners. In her role at BAE Systems, Victoria continues to lead on transformative technology initiatives. She also holds several influential external positions, including as a member of the TechUK National Security Board, Digital Lead board member for Greater Manchester’s “Innovation GM,” and Chair of the Greater Manchester Cyber Advisory Group. In these roles, she works across government, industry, and academia to strengthen the UK's security resilience and foster regional, national and international innovation and prosperity. Victoria is also an Industry Advisor to the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) through its CyberFirst program, supporting the development of a diverse and future-ready talent pipeline. As a recognised and respected voice in her field, she is passionate about mentoring the next generation of female leaders contributing to the broader national digital agenda. Before joining BAE Systems, Victoria held various senior leadership roles at a VC funded start up, BT, Fujitsu and Telecom New Zealand.
