Victoria Doherty is the Group Head of Science & Technology Capability Engagement at QinetiQ. In this role, Victoria brings together scientists, engineers, and strategists across the defence and security ecosystem to deliver next generation capability. Victoria champions defence and security climate resilience and is the techUK Climate Council co-vice chair.
Her passion for collaboration between technical disciplines and practical challenges has led her to work in human factors, cyber security, energy, power and sustainability. Victoria has held senior roles in client engagement, business development, as chief of staff and in technical consulting. She is a chartered Ergonomist and Accredited Coach.
