My names Tristan Dray-Pearce, I’m the head of Vessel Replacement and Future Capability at Serco. A former Merchant Navy officer, I have worked in marine management in the private sector and led operational delivery programmes in the Ministry of Defence, including heading Navy Commands Marine Services intelligent Customer team. Currently my remit includes exploring opportunities for decarbonisation and NZC initiatives to enable Industry to support Defence in meeting its Green Agenda targets while generating sustainable Capability.
