Brigadier Toby Lambert OBE BEng (hons), MSc, MA, CEng MIMechE

Brigadier Toby Lambert is the Head of Industry Strategy for the British Army.  He is an engineer by background and has worked in acquisition for over 15 years.   In that time, he has spent time as a design engineer in industry, led the urgent adaptation of Army equipment during the Iraq and Afghanistan campaigns, and he authored the Land Industrial Strategy.  He is now responsible for the implementation of the Army's first industrial strategy, co-ordinating all Army support to strategic export campaigns, and is the senior responsible owner for the multi-billion-pound Land Integrated Operating Services Programme.
