Ryan England MSc CMgr MCMI is passionate about realising what he believes is the extraordinary impact that innovation in support delivery can unlock. Ryan leads transformation strategy and delivery for Thales UK’s Services Centre of Competence; which bringing together a dozen disciplines and over 350 people to underpin Thales UK’s support services across land, air, sea and civil markets. Significant impetus is placed upon underpinning the highly skilled and dedicated teams with continuously improving approaches and the benefits of new technologies to improve customer outcomes. From ILS and Obsolescence Management to Field Support and Engineering; this transformation spans the people, processes, tools and data required on a journey to deliver undeniably best-in-class support. He has previously held roles as the Transformation Lead for Thales UK’s largest support contract and a number of positions with the themes of strategy development, innovation, transformation and support services.
