Ruth Vaughan is Associate Client Director for Mission Partner Capability at Frazer-Nash Consultancy, where she leads strategic engagement with Army Headquarters, DE&S Land, and the Drone Capability Coalition. She is responsible for shaping and delivering complex, large-scale opportunities that enhance operational readiness and strengthen industrial resilience across the Defence ecosystem.

Her career spans Defence innovation, acquisition, and capability development, with focus on accelerating capabilities into service. Ruth has led pan-domain experimentation portfolios, proportionate approaches to safety and assurance, and championed innovation pathways linking Defence, industry, and international partners. 

She has played a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of innovation programmes and is now applying those lessons to accelerate and assure supply chains for mission-critical capabilities and coalition-readiness initiatives.
