Richard Millington has been volunteering with Fight Club International on their wargaming projects since 2023, focusing mainly on community management, external comms, and the development of ancillary physical and digital assets to improve the accessibility of existing gaming systems & products.    He brings a background in media production, including TV documentary production, to Fight Club’s growing range of initiatives, and has helped create and execute live wargaming demonstrations at the Undersea Defence Technology Conference 2025, and IT2EC 2024/25.  The DSEI wargame builds upon these prior events.   In March, he began a part-time contract with Matrix Pro Sims; assisting internal wargaming development & outreach efforts.  In recent months, and in this capacity, he has volunteered his time to support the Royal Air Force Air Cadets in their usage of professional simulation products for education, skills development, and team-building.
