Over the last 25 years, Richard has been the technical lead for multiple successful £100M+ UK Government IT programmes. He was previously the EMEA CTO for IBM’s Public Sector Consulting business and the 19th President of IBM’s Academy of Technology. In 2021 he was appointed as a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering. Richard is now moving clients in regulated and secure industries to Cloud and advising them how to prepare for quantum computing.
