Over the course of a 27-year career in the Armed Forces, the last 20 in the Royal Navy, Rachel dedicated her time to maximising productivity in the workplace through a people-centred approach, at the individual, team and organisational levels. Rachel joined BAE Systems in September 2023 and following an initial role as Head of Organisation Effectiveness in the Defence Solutions business, she has recently moved to be Head of Talent Solutions for Group Functions.  As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and an Organisational Psychologist, Rachel enjoys engaging with the latest research to inform her practice
