Rachael Clamp is a Founder and Director of Ardesey Ltd, a fast growing marketing, communications and engagement agency. Bringing together her extensive experience in a number of sectors most notable Defence & Security, Rachael established Ardesey to provide professional and impactful to companies and organisations of all shapes, sizes and sectors. In May 2022 Ardesey launched womenindefence.careers job board, the independent website targeting those who want to start or build their careers in defence.

In addition to her role on the Leadership Team for Women in Defence UK, Rachael is the communications work package lead for the Women in Defence Charter and President Elect at the Chartered Institute for Public Relations.
