Peter is a proven Data & AI executive with over 20 years’ experience with commercial and public sector customers. Prior to Oracle, he led the Data & AI Service Line for Microsoft, focusing on developing data & AI solutions for customers in life sciences, energy, health, retail, and public sector. 

Prior to Microsoft, Peter lead Data & AI teams at AWS, Accenture, and Booz Allen Hamilton.  He is a technical expert in AI and data platforms, having led numerous deployments and algorithm development solutions.  He has also written thought pieces for O’Reilly, published papers in IEEE, and speaks at industry events such as NVIDIA’s GTC, Oracle CloudWorld, AWS Summit, Blackhat, and more. 

Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Art in English from University of Maryland, and an MBA with Information Systems concentration from Loyola University.
