Nick Juba has extensive experience across the education sector having held a number of senior positions in Further and Higher Education as well as leading national education policy at the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority. Before joining Capita, Nick was the Chief Executive Officer at Brighton Metropolitan College a large regional FE College serving 15,000 students in campuses across the City and West Sussex. Prior to that he was the Commercial Director at University of the Arts London where he established and grew UALAB to become the preeminent exam board for the arts, awarding more than 50,000 qualifications to students across the UK.

Alongside his executive roles, Nick has held a number of Board positions including serving as Chairman of Northbrook College and as a Non-Executive Director of Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Coast2Capital Local Enterprise Partnership and FE Sussex. He has been a Trustee of Brighton Fringe and a Director of the City Educational Trust. Until 2020 he taught on the Preparing for CEO executive education programme at Said Business School, University of Oxford.

Nick continues to serve as a Trustee and Director of Brighton Dome & Festival.
