Nat served in the RAF as a Regular for 20 years, and completed operational tours abroad and postings in the UK.  Since hanging up her uniform in 2015, she has worked for BAE Systems, firstly in the Air Sector, and now in Head Office where she sits within the UK Government Relations Team.  In addition to her primary role of supporting BAES’ UK Business Development teams during their contract tender stages, she is the lead for the Armed Forces Covenant commitments and a strong advocate for the benefits veterans, volunteer reserves, cadet force adult volunteers, and armed forces spouses/partners bring to organisations.
