Nancy is responsible for the strategic direction of Oracle Cloud offerings for Workforce Management and Oracle's Employee Experience platform. ​She is a thought leader in HCM, Planning and Experience with more than 25 years implementing, designing, developing, and defining product for the global market.​

Nancy spent more than 10 years implementing enterprise solutions in North America, Europe, and Asia in a variety of industries including healthcare, public sector, manufacturing, energy, and higher education, before moving into product development for PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud, where she has worked closely with the Defence industry, namely in the US and UK. Nancy is a regular presenter on the intersection of technology and the future of work.
