Loreta Maskaliovienė is the Vice-Minister of National Defence of the Republic of Lithuania, responsible for defence procurement and the development of the defence and security industry. She has over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles at the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Transport and Communications. Her background includes strategic planning, economic development, international cooperation, investment planning and management. Vice-Minister Maskaliovienė plays a key role in strengthening Lithuania’s defence capabilities through effective acquisition policies and industrial cooperation.
