Josie is the Global Leader for Workforce and Citizens in the public sector for EY, bringing our global expertise to bear on our clients’ challenges. She is the lead partner supporting a flagship up-skilling programme for the UK government, positively impacting 500k public servants. She is a former special adviser to the Secretary of State for Innovation, Universities and Skills and was a founding member of the Skills Taskforce for Global Britain.
