JJ Sutherland is the CEO of Scrum Inc. and partners with organizations worldwide on the strategy and implementation of their Agile practice to reinvent themselves, focus on customers, and drive results. He engages across industries as varied as Space Launch, Research and Development, Finance, Government, and Military.
JJ has helped hundreds of organizations, from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups, fundamentally reimagine themselves to respond quickly to market conditions. He is the co-author, with Dr. Jeff Sutherland, of the bestselling book Scrum: The Art of Doing Twice the Work in Half the Time and the author of The Scrum Fieldbook: A Master Class on Accelerating Performance, Getting Results, and Defining the Future.
