Jeremy Quin was a member of the Review Team for the UK’s Strategic Defence Review published earlier this year, including Chairing the Panel on Industry.  He served as MP for Horsham 2015-2024 alongside which his roles included attending Cabinet as Minister for the Cabinet Office and Paymaster General; Minister of State for Defence Procurement (during which period the Integrated Review and Defence and Security Industrial Strategy were published) and Minister for Crime, Policing and Fire.  He also served (in 2024) as Chairman of the House of Commons Defence Select Committee.  Prior to politics he was a Managing Director in Deutsche Bank (and its predecessor organisations) focussing in particular on Corporate Finance in the Consumer sector globally,  He interrupted his private sector career to serve on secondment as a civil servant (Senior Corporate Finance Adviser) in HM Treasury assisting in the response to the Global Financial Crisis (2008-2009).  Education: Hertford College, Oxford (Modern History)
