Jenny Griffiths is Vice President of AI Innovation, working on embedding AI capabilities across Fusion Applications; including HCM, ERP, CX, and SCM. She focuses on bridging the gap between proven technologies, emerging possibilities, and real-world customer needs. She also serves on the UK Country Leadership Team, supporting the company’s strategic initiatives across the region. Prior to joining Oracle, Jenny founded and ran a computer vision startup focused for over a decade, focused on fashion e-commerce and brand protection, which was acquired in 2023.

She has received several prestigious recognitions, including an MBE for Services to Digital Innovation, the Princess Royal Medal for Contributions to UK Engineering, and inclusion in Forbes' 30 Under 30 and Top 30 Women in Tech globally
