Dr Shepherd is a technology strategist with a background in Systems Engineering and National Security, and a Fujitsu Distinguished Engineer. He is an associate fellow of the Royal United Services Institute Centre for Finance and Security and an Honorary Research Fellow with Cardiff University’s Crime and Security Research Institute.
