Air Commodore (Retd) Jason Crawford
Defence Consultant and Managing Director, HardFork Ltd
Jason served for over 30 years in the RAF, initially as an Electronic Warfare operator on the Nimrod, then later as pilot and chief weapons instructor on the Tornado GR4 Force. He was educated at Birmingham University and later the US Air War College, to which he recently added the Major Project Leadership Academy at Oxford Said Business School. He was the first Director of the UK Joint Electronic Warfare Operational Support Centre, after which he was awarded 1* Command of 1,500 amazing people on sensitive operations worldwide. During this Command, Jason was also asked to stand up and lead the UK Strategic Command Mission Data for Information Advantage (MD4IA) programme, charged with improving the survivability and lethality of UK and Allied forces through better management of operational data. Jason now directs his own consultancy business, HardFork Ltd, with the aim of fostering collaboration between government and industry to advance the interests of the UK and our esteemed allies and partners.
