With almost 20 years in the Industry, James currently leads Google’s Recruiting teams across EMEA for Google’s Commercial and Corporate Functions, where he is primarily responsible for ensuring equitable hiring processes, whilst delivering outstanding experiences for candidates.
Prior to this, James was the Recruitment Director for Accenture for the UK and Ireland, leading teams within both Experienced and Graduates hires across Technology, Operations, Consulting and Digital services.

Additionally, he has worked for Korn Ferry in a consulting capacity, leading on UK & pan-EMEA RPO, where his role as Client Services Director was responsible for the implementation and operational management of outsourced Talent Acquisition solutions in Telecoms, Technology and Pharmaceutical industries.
