Previously Head of EY UK’s Workforce Planning and Talent practices, Idris brings 18+ years of experience delivering digital and workforce transformation across both the Public and Private sector. He is recognised for his focus on DEI, innovative approach to solving complex challenges and driving impactful change through people-centric strategies. He was the lead Partner in support to the Haythornthwaite Review.
