An ex-member of the UK Diplomatic Service, Grace is the co-founder of CyLon Ventures and a Board Member of Ten Eleven Ventures, which invests globally in leading security and resilience startups. As a Diplomat, Grace worked on global security policy in Asia, Europe and the Americas and served as an advisor to Prime Minister Tony Blair between 2004 – 06. An Associate Fellow of Chatham House, she served as an external expert (focused on innovation, digitalisation and resilience) on the 2025 Strategic Defence Review
