Duhita Govindji is a Business Transformation and Operating Model expert, focusing on building critical capabilities within the Space Sector. As the European Lead for Space at PA Consulting, she has shaped major space programmes, including the SKYNET6 Programme Blueprint and the UK Defence Space review that led to the creation of the MOD Space Directorate.

She has convened strategic roundtables with UK Space Command, exploring sustainability, governance, and the future of space operations. Most recently, Duhita led the Ambassador Programme at Space-Comm Expo focused on advancing global diplomatic efforts to ensure the peaceful and sustainable use of space.

Her work centres on designing and delivering transformation that make space organisations operationally ready—building the structures, partnerships, and capabilities needed to navigate complexity and strengthen resilience in an increasingly interconnected and vulnerable space ecosystem.
