Chris has been working in education, skills and development for over 20 years and currently is Head of Skills & Development for QinetiQ. He has been a leading voice in both the Rail and Defence sectors strategic approach to STEM engagement and closing the skills gaps as well as leading large scale apprenticeship and graduate programmes.
