As a member of PA Consulting’s management group, Cate leads the Digital Trust and Cyber Security Transformation capability; helping clients with their most challenging transformations and programme deliveries as they grow their organisations in an increasingly fast-moving and digitally enabled world. Cate is an experienced strategic partner and advisor who has worked extensively at senior levels in the defence, security and cyber sectors, advising on policy, strategy and delivery of large and high profile programmes and change initiatives.

In her first career at the UK Ministry of Defence, Cate worked across engineering projects and international policy including the policy for UK support to the South Caucasus during the Rose Revolution in Georgia, and Civil Contingencies and Emergency Response for the EU and NATO.

Cate moved to Management Consultancy in 2006 and is highly regarded as a cyber and defence thought leader, is regularly quoted in the media, and established and leads the Women in Cyber network for PA.
