A career highlight was coordinating the UK military medical response during the 2005 London bombings. She also has significant operational experience in aeromedical evacuations across Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Zagreb, Ascension Island, and Afghanistan.

As the first Warrant Officer appointed as the RAF Medic Advisor, she championed the development of accredited pathways and funding to enable RAF medics to achieve civilian qualifications, from NVQs to master’s degrees.

She also created and leads Pj MINDSET, a programme that applies outward mindset principles to intact teams, improving programme execution, strengthening interpersonal relationships, and addressing self-deception.

In September 2023, she was appointed Command Warrant Officer for UK Space Command. Contributing to the strategic evolution of the Command, embedding mindset led leadership and governance clarity to support its vision as a competitive space force capable of deterring, fighting, and winning.
