Camelia has worked with organisations across energy, financial services, automotive, defence and pharmaceutical sectors to accelerate workforce transitions. She works with leadership teams to anticipate capabilities, reimagine the workforce and pivot towards the future by bringing people on the journey. Her key areas of expertise involves co-creating talent management and behaviour change solutions with diverse stakeholders to enhance capability to adapt and thrive in a changing world.
Camelia is affiliated with Executive Education at EDHEC Business School, Imperial College Executive Education, and Duke Corporate Education, where she specialises in custom programmes for decision making under uncertainty. Camelia holds a PhD in Operational Research from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE)
