Ben has worked in education and training for over 15 years, in a range of teaching, senior leadership and governance roles supporting institutions in the UK and USA. He is currently responsible for training delivery across the Royal Navy as part of Team Fisher which also includes apprenticeships, training design, learning & development and workforce development. He holds an MA in Lifelong Learning, is a Fellow of the Society for Education & Training and in 2020 was awarded a Technical Teaching Fellowship with the Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851.
