Anna currently works in Defence Digital, having joined the Defence Digital Graduate Scheme on the Cyber Security Pathway in 2022. Her route into defence was unconventional; she graduated with a degree in Physics in 2020 and spent a brief period working in the charity sector before transitioning into cyber security with no prior experience in the field.
Over the course of the scheme, Anna has completed placements in cyber policy, deployed services security, and incident management. However, it was her time working in cyber threat that truly sparked her interest. 
Following the completion of the scheme in August 2025, Anna has secured a permanent role in the cyber threat space, working to support teams in integrating cyber threat intelligence into their processes and decision-making.
