Andrew currently leads Dstl’s Space Systems Programme, responsible for delivery, governance and assurance of a multi-year science and technology (S&T) research programme that spans a range of technology readiness levels and supports investment decisions on new concepts for future defence space capability. Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in defence S&T including 10 years in S&T programme management supporting a variety of customers, much of it involving international research collaboration.
