Alexandra joined Babcock in 2022 and is responsible for Transformation across Babcock Group.  She is also accountable for the delivery of specific programmes within its Nuclear Business focused on improving submarine availability. 

Prior to joining Babcock,  Alexandra was the Director of Supply Chain for the Ministry of Defence.   She has a background in delivering major infrastructure projects and substantial experience in the negotiation and delivery of large of scale (£1bn plus) contracts and programmes.  

Alexandra is passionate about ideas and innovation.  She is currently the 30% Club Women’s Scholar at the Said Business School,  Oxford.
