This panel will look at measures to better support the development of an innovative, resilient and inclusive workforce. Given that a diverse set of experiences, mindsets and skills provides obvious benefits to the industry, what programmes are in place to tap into that wealth of knowledge? How can they be improved and adapted to cater for non-standard requirements, in such a way as to strengthen both the individual and the enterprise?
