How can I become an exhibitor?

It’s great to hear you want to join the DSEI 2021 exhibitor line-up. Make a stand enquiry to submit your interest and a member of our team will be in contact to discuss the options available to you.

Where can I see a full list of DSEI 2021 exhibitors?

The DSEI exhibitor list is available to view here.

Where can I find the exhibitor manual?

The exhibitor manual is now available within EZONE.

How can I register my staff?

Exhibitor registration will be available on EZONE from summer 2021. Registrations can be done ‘en-masse’ via a csv upload or individually.

How can I register sharers on my stand?

Please use the stand sharer form, available on EZONE, to submit your stand sharer requests. Your DSEI Account Manager will be in touch to confirm details with you once your request has been submitted. Once your sharers are approved, they will be sent access to their own EZONE.

Who can I speak to about paying the invoice for my stand?

Please speak to your DSEI Account Manager or email exhibitorhelp@dsei.co.uk.

How can I upgrade my online exhibitor listing?

Please speak to your DSEI Account Manager or email exhibitorhelp@dsei.co.uk.

How do I order furniture/ electricity for my stand?

All furniture and electrical orders can be made through EZONE.

How can I book a private meeting room at DSEI 2021?

Please contact your DSEI Account Manager or email exhibitorhelp@dsei.co.uk.

How can I order a lead retrieval scanner for my participation?

Lead scanners will be available to order through EZONE from summer 2021. In the meantime, you can contact your DSEI Account Manager to order scanners for your stand.

How do I get my organisations’ products and/or content featured on DSEI Connect?

There a many ways in which you can get your brand and products in front of buyers and specifiers. Packages available include products demos, roundtables, leadership sessions, video listings, product pitches and video adverts. Contact the team to find out more.

How does DSEI Connect work with my exhibitor profile on the DSEI website?

The information that you provide on your organisation on the DSEI website (via the EZONE) will be replicated on DSEI Connect, so you only need to provide the information once. However, you will need to link the profiles of your company representatives to your company profile within the DSEI Connect platform.

Why have you made the decision to run DSEI when the ability for international travel is uncertain?

Given the pace at which the vaccination and testing programmes are progressing in the UK and abroad, the appetite globally for travel, and the lead time to the event, we are confident that we will have a valuable international attendance at the event. 

Our recent conversations with customers has also reiterated a strong sentiment for DSEI to take place, and we are confident that we can deliver an event that will continue to provide value for our customers.
