Accessing DSEI 2023

The best and easiest way to access DSEI is to travel to ExCeL London using public transport.

** Please ensure that you print your badge (in colour if possible) in advance **

The Jubilee Line, DLR and Elizabeth Line are the quickest train routes to ExCeL, London.

  • Badge Holders ONLY:  Alight at Canning Town on the Jubilee Line and change onto a Beckton-bound DLR train for the quick two-stop journey to Custom House ExCeL (West Entrance), or use an Abbey Wood bound tube on the Elizabeth Line direct to Custom House ExCeL (West Entrance)

  • Badge Printing & Badge Holders: Use the DLR and alight at Prince Regent (East Entrance)

  • Please have your ID on you at all times

Please Note: If you arrive at the west entrance of ExCeL (Custom House) WITHOUT a printed badge, you will be asked to board the DLR and travel to Prince Regent station to alight at the East Entrance where badges can then be printed off.

Travelling to ExCeL - VIP East Entrance

Fastest access is via the London Underground (tube) network and Docklands Light Railway (DLR).

Take the DLR towards Beckton or Gallions Reach. Alight at Prince Regent station. The ExCeL East Entrance is accessed directly from Prince Regent station.

If you are using the Elizabeth Line, change at Custom House (or Canary Wharf) onto the DLR. Do not alight at Custom House as this is for the DSEI West Entrance only, please continue one more stop to Prince Regent as above.

Travel Tips

  • Join the Elizabeth Line / DLR as soon as possible – other tube lines can be slower
  • Travelling through London, particularly in the mornings, can often take longer than expected so please leave extra time for your journey
  • The Transport for London (TFL) app can be downloaded on to most smartphones, and provides a London Underground map, up-to-date routes, live journey times and information on any delays/line closures for the London Underground
