DSEI Media Registrations

10 Apr 2017 by: DSEI

Media registration is open for the biennial Defence & Security Equipment International (DSEI).  The World Leading Defence & Security Event promises to be the most comprehensive DSEI to date, with innovations and demonstrations from the global defence and security sector. DSEI returns on 12 – 15 September at ExCeL, London.

Media will have access to more than 1,600 exhibiting companies across the five Zones of Air, Land, Naval, Security and Joint when the exhibition opens on 12 September. Companies comprising international prime contractors, systems integrators, service providers and small & medium enterprises will be opening their stands to media for briefings, announcements and one-to-one interviews throughout the week.

The DSEI Strategic Conferences and Seminar Programme will provide media with the opportunity to hear from senior figures from industry, government, military and academia in over 300 speaker-led discussions on topical issues in defence, security and medical capabilities. Media will also be alerted to all key speeches and VIP delegation visits by militaries and governments attending from around the world.

Throughout DSEI the press will be able to experience a full capability showcase including waterborne demonstrations, military medical innovations, technology exhibits and static displays from across the domains.

Reserved for the media is a two-storey, fully-equipped media centre which will be open throughout the week for all registered journalists. For those wishing to complete video-editing or stories, a quiet room within the media centre will also be available.

Media are advised to apply for a pass as soon as possible to ensure they receive the latest updates on exhibitors, live demonstrations, the DSEI conference and seminar programme, and any other events occurring during the DSEI week.

In order to apply for a media pass, visit www.DSEI.co.uk/Register17 and follow the link for visitor registration.

  • "DSEI is a highlight within the defence calendar, I use it to find out what the most recent developments are in every technological area affecting for defence. Without DSEI I fear this sort of interaction, information exchange and knowledge of developments across all domains would be lost. DSEI is an invaluable international biannual event .”

  • “DSEI is a fantastic showcase for defence companies where international buyers, sellers, developers, thinkers, educators and the trainers can all get together. DSEI is an excellent tool to highlight the challenges the industry face as well as showcase its capabilities domestically and overseas.”
