The brief will focus on the newly formed Integrated Global Defence Network (IGDN) and its role in unifying Defence’s overseas networks and the director will cover three points. First The Director will expand on the IGDN’s pivotal role in ensuring co-ordination across Industry Defence, HMG, and Allies to deliver coherent strategic direction. Second will be expanding on how this clear direction provides advantages to our people and customers (including industry) through enhancing agility by enabling rapid resource redeployment. Finally, the director will talk on how the network will seek to reprioritise resource with Defence’s global strategic objectives.
