Technology continues to develop in accordance with Moore's Law, and the geo-political landscape is ever-changing, but that evolution doesn't always carry over into organisational systems and procedures. This session will explore the challenges of keeping training relevant, from requalifying trainers to the cost of updating training systems in line with operational technologies, and look at some of the possibilities presented by digital programmes for through-life cost-effective training.
