The discussion will explore the challenges and opportunities presented by integration, and how the military can effectively harness the diverse skills of its personnel to meet the complex demands of the future operating environment. Joined by representatives from each front line command, the goal of this panel is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the integrated whole force future skills requirements, offering insights into the necessary competencies, training approaches and collaborative efforts needed to build a resilient and future-ready military force.
