Getting to ExCeL by public Transport

London Underground (Tube)

The Jubilee Line is recommended as the quickest route to ExCeL. At Canning Town change to the DLR (upstairs on platform 3) for the quick two-stop journey to Custom House for ExCeL Station (not King George V).

Trains from Tower Gateway go direct to Custom House for ExCeL. When travelling from Bank on the DLR change at Westferry for a Beckton bound train. When travelling from Lewisham take a Stratford train and change at Poplar for a Beckton bound train. Alternatively take the first Bank train and change at Westferry.

A new £140 million DLR extension now links London City Airport and ExCeL London, via Canning Town.

Tickets

ExCeL London is located in zone 3, London Underground tickets are also valid on the DLR. It is recommended that you purchase a return ticket or an All-Day Travelcard to avoid queuing on your journey home.

Rail Eurostar

There is easy access to St Pancras International, the terminus for Channel Tunnel high-speed rail services, via the DLR and the Northern Line. The journey between St Pancras International and Bank takes approximately 20 minutes. At Bank change to the DLR, for the journey to Custom House for ExCeL. River transport

For all details on river transport services, please visit www.thamesclippers.com Note that the nearest pier to ExCeL London is Canary Wharf Pier, from here you will need to take the DLR or Jubilee line for onward connections to the venue.
