What is the recommended route to ExCeL using public transport?

The Jubilee Line is recommended as the quickest route to ExCeL. At Canning Town change to the Docklands Light Railway (platform 3) for the quick 2-stop journey to Custom House for ExCeL or 3-stop journey to Prince Regent.
